I would think there was something in for Snyder, for him to do that. Did that eliminate the future salary cap hits, Matty?

Actually Snyder had waived the rights to Deion a couple of years ago when the Raiders wanted to sign him for the playoffs...but then Marty claimed him for San Diego and, not surprisingly, Deion never suited up for the Chargers.

I think Snyder let him walk because they had a good relationship and he did him a favor and set him free so to speak. I don't think it had anything to do with the cap or anything. I could be wrong though.
