Iupati will be LONG gone by the 2nd round guys...read up on your mock drafts before posting...

a good one can be found at
WalterFootball.com (http://www.walterfootball.com)

not my site but I frequent it daily. I think we should try to target a guy like that freak from Texas Tech with the face paint...can you say LATTIMER from the program.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING...LEADING ME ONNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A trade back scenario that will probably never happen:
Trade with Patriots,
Redkins give up our 1st this year, plus Santana Moss and/or Carlos Rogers.
Pats give up their 1st this year, AND the 2011 1st that they got from the RAIDERS in for R. Seymore.
Surely it would take more picks to smooth it out, but
The goal would be to come away with two quality lineman this year, then next year be in a position to draft Jake Locker, (the next Elway), plus an elite Left Tackle next year, via our own 2011 1st that will probably be pretty high. The Pats could get Gerald McCoy this year with our pick to replace Seymore, and have Santana replace the injured, and possibly done, Wes Welker.
We have to trust that the Raiders will suck next year, a longshot, but we could have, two top five picks next year.
It's going to take a while to rebuild this team, let's face it.

anything that would help us get locker next year if Campbell isn't working out work be fantastic. i hope campbell works out. i hate most of the top rated qb's coming out this year, setting up next years draft for the better is a change of pace for us and i like it.

I don't think Snead should leave school early. He had huge expectations on him this year, and he was pretty much a dud. He could improve his draft stock significantly if he sticks around Ole Miss for his senior year, plus he won't have the likes of Bradford, McCoy, Clausen, and Tebow to compete with. I mean this season his completion % was in the low 50's and he threw 20 INTs. I want no part of that dude.

Snead's entering the draft

I wonder what he was told about his expected draft position. Seems like a mistake to my non-expert eyes.

ESPN had a good tidbit, with the fear of a lockout in 2011, even its highly unlikely, alot of college kids are having to factor that in to the decision whether to declare or not.

And if there isn't a lockout and an agreement is um agreed upon...there could be a rookie cap starting with the 2011 draft which is probably what the college players are more concerned about

^ Then I guess that this is the year to be especially wary of underclassmen in the draft, as a higher percentage of them may be motivated more by money than by readiness.

Give me either

Okung (Oklahoma State)
Ingram (Alabama)
A. Davis (Rutgers)
Jahvid Best (California)

I would go in this order assuming Berry, and Suh are gone. I would definitely NOT pick a QB! We have Brennan, who respectfully deserves a shot. We all know J. Campbell can play, as a matter of fact he is a stud. With the crappiest offensive line we have he set career numbers and if it wasn't for the lack of protection he wouldn't have as many INT's. (see 2008 season as far as ball security goes, give him protection and he will secure the ball) Now I would likely take Okung and maybe find some other O linemen in free agency. Second round we could find a steal at running back. Ingram should be gone but if not then we take him or Best and if he is gone gotta go with Stafon Johnson! He is a hell of a back, trust me I have seen him play every game! As far as QB's go if there is a question regarding J. Campbell or Brennan then 2011 draft we take Locker no doubt about it. We should sign Campbell to a three years extension and that should give Locker a 2 year sitting window to learn the system and to take us to far better places!

Correct me If im wrong but Mark Ingram is a true Sophomore and thus can't be in the draft. I'd be wary of Stefan Johnson, has he even come back from that lifting accident? If not I'd sort of like to see him play again. And I don't know how you can call Campbell a stud.I'm not gonna hate on him I think he's a good QB and a high quality backup if not a starter in this league. He can lead a team and he can be the QB, but I don't think he's a game changer and I would never trust him to win a game for me. With the exception of the game against the saints in 2008 I can't remember him leading us to a comeback win the 4th quarter, and I have more memories of him throwing ints during crucial drives. Now maybe a good O line fixes that but I don't think so.

As far as running backs in the second round I like Ryan Matthews from Fresno state. He led the league in rushing and if he's there i think he'd be a good pick; however, I'm gonna keep going with my man crush on Noel devine. He hasn't said if he's coming out yet but I think the guy's gonna be a beast and a game changer. Not to mention he might make watching the Redskins fun...
