I wonder if the Lions will rest Culpepper and Stanton in order to start Ramsey - could be his big break to show that all those other NFL coaches and GM's were wrong about him.

Are you talking about Campbell or Brunell?

I think we will be able to see what Brunell can do with a quality team.
People forget how good he played in 2005. I think he would have repeated his performance if Gibbs had kept the playcalling and not brought in Al Saunders.
I know that was now 5 years ago, but Brunell clearly wasn't the problem. He was the perfect Joe Gibbs QB. He protected the football, didn't make bad decisions, and he made the big play when it was there. People said his arm was shot, but he threw those bombs to Santana to beat the cowboys, and then in 2006 threw a bomb to Moss again to beat the Jags in overtime.
I bet he has a good game.
I think Ramsey, if he plays, will have a good game too. This is his chance to prove he belongs in the NFL, and i really believe that Steve Spurrier ruined Ramsey. I think he could still start behind a good line that would protect him.
I wonder if this could be Culpepper's last game in the NFL (again)

I never understood the hatred everyone has for Patrick Ramsey. He wasn't that great but I don't remember him whining or complaining or anything.

Actually, I liked Ramsey and wanted him to succeed. It just became apparent that he wasn't a NFL starting QB. He was tough as nails and had a strong arm but that (IMHO) is the complete list of his ability. Even with a good protection (which he rarely had here), he couldn't succeed. There is a reason, with the dearth of QB talent in the league, that he was out of football - and it had nothing to do with Spurrier.
