Don't you think he would cost us too much (at least two high draft picks if tendered as expected) to be worth going after?

It depends. If we could offer Cooley and Devin Thomas for Marshall then I'd make that deal. Then go out and try and sign Logan Mankins, draft 2 linemen and hope Rinehart comes through.

I'm not sold on Josh McDaniels as the "next genius" in NFL coaching ranks just yet. But in his rookie year and in a "win-and-you're-in" game for the playoffs, he took a stand and benched his best player as a disciplinary measure.

It didn't work, but you have to admit it took a huge pair of onions to do that.

Marshall is hugely talented and very young. Marshall is also a "diva extraordinaire". I don't know that the Skins are a good enough team with sufficient peer leadership to take on something like that right about now. 20 years ago as the skins were in the middle of their 4 Super Bowl appearances and with a core of solid disciplined veterans, Marshall would be a great addition. Today...???

Cooley and DT for me-first Marshall?

Please give me some of what you're smoking because it must be good.

Let him get cut.... NO Trade at all. Especially if Shanahan is here, it would be between us and the Bears on where he would go in a free market.
