Allen is definitely not going to be the lone voice when it comes to personnel and the draft. If Shanahan is indeed the coach then I think it's quite obvious he will have a significant say in those areas. However the key to all of this is Snyder is out of the picture and Bruce is truly the captain of the ship. I think we should all be breathing a sigh of relief there.

Absolutely... although i would say Shanahan would be the "captain" if he has the team president title and final say over personnel. Allen would be his first mate/commander. Shanahan makes all the decisions at a high level and Allen validates (or challenges) those decisions and then ensures they are executed.

Absolutely! Snyder appears to have learned meddling lessons. Now if he can just learn patience, he could be one heck of an owner.
