From what I read, it's just a way to keep Vinny from opening his mouth about the orginizations plans for the future, and anything that might have occured in the Haynesworth scandal. Vinny is out, just getting paid to be quite! I am still in such shock!

Last post of the day on this, and a little off subject... new coaching staff might mean we might get to see Orakpo play in the proper position full time. HUGE PLUS!

Hate to see anyone loose a job, but glad to see him go. We may become a legitimate organization once again.

honestly i really don't think any changes need to be made in the coaching staff. i know i'm probably in the minority but bringing in yet another coach means more change and possibly more set backs. make lewis the oc and let him call the plays and let zorn keep game planning and working with jc and i think we're on our way. i'd keep blache if he wants to stay, if not then hire grey as dc and let's keep things stable.

Yea if we cannot get Gruden than we should keep our Coaching Staff in place for at least 1 more season.

Who is Gregory Michael Novis?

Almost all of LandrySlice's post mention his friend Greg Novis (who is also a member of this board). Some inside joke they have I guess

From what I understand, Lewis has said he does not want to stay beyond this year. I think he said that even before all of this

Signs point to Mike Shanahan becoming the Redskins' next team president and head coach. The Denver Post on Thursday reported Shanahan has been in discussions to join the Redskins. As of early Friday morning, Shanahan and the Redskins did not have an agreement in place, a source with knowledge of the situation said

Yep you are 100% right. Lewis made that well known when he was hired this year. Maybe a shame though, because the offense is suddenly clicking so well.
