I like Allen as VP, but he is not my top choice for GM. Being the son of George Allen does not make him a football man. I am not sure he is the exceptional and experienced talent evaluator I would want running our drafts and player acquisitions. Getting rid of Vinny is more thatn I can ask for. Was there another key scout that they had in both places or was Gruden very involved in personel? I always thought Gruden was strictly a coach. They have an opportunity to study the players they currently have before moving on to the draft. 3 Games Left, Let players start earning roster spots for next year and figure out who can be let go. It also alows us to be able to concentrate more on the guy coming as opposed to the guy going out. The focus can be shifted towards moving foreward.
