Man I was hoping that he could take over the defense next year. I have posted this numerous times that the reason why the defense is so successful, because the defense we run is Williams defense with a few Blache wrinkles. The structure stability on defense allows them to add players and lose players and continues to be a top ten defense. I wish we could keep the defense the way they are next year.
What so we can have more ten yard cushions for the DBs? I don't think so. As Bang said on the other board, I will gladly drive him to airport to see those 10 yards cushions vanish.

Could it be...could it be he's staying and...umm...being considered for head coach? I think he has to at least interview for it.
This is going off topic a bit, but I wonder if any former and/or current black head coaches got in Gray's ear about staying on board and throwing his name in the hat to become the Skins first black head coach?

Even if Gray is considered, it would be a sly PR move fron Snyder. I think this is a move a lot of local fans would support. If it happens.

It may be their loss and our gain. I would like to see what he could do as HC but I'd rather see what he could do as our DC first if he gets the chance.

That's on Blache not on Gray he is in control of the defense and he can easily make that adjustment at anytime. So i guess that is what he wants.

Who hires a HC with no experience of calling plays? Oh wait......
