I think Vinny is gone. There's just too much pressure on DS.
You know on a side note. Why wouldn't Vinny just come out and say that he made a mistake or took a gamble on our line staying healthy this season? He could say that he felft like the 3 2nd rounders in 2008 had tremendous upside and Orakpo was rated so high he couldn't not take him. He puts his foot in his mouth time after time and he's embarrassing himself and the team. There's a way to take blaim and there's a way to defer blaim. He deferred it.

I think an even more pertinent question is, suppose he doesn't fire Vinny? Then what?
Then we come after you with pitchforks and lanterns.

I don't know. He's been kissin Danny's ass so long, this might be something he's actually good at.

Vinny is a patsy. He demonstrates no sense of reason or accountability.

Every time this subject comes up, I'm forever reminded of Snyder's response when asked about the front office structure and his feelings relevant to it's compentency. His reply was "If it ain"t broke, don't fix it".
Therefore, when the question of if/will/when Snyder fire Cerrato arises, the answer to that question will depend on whether anyone can successfully convince him of the fact his system is broken. We've been waiting ten yrs. for him to come to that conclusion but have been met only by resistance. So in essence I would have to say the answer to the question lies in whether there's anyone out there with persuasive powers strong enough to convince him of the fact change is absolutely neccessary. If atempts to accomplish this continue to be met with resistance, we can only expect MOS.

I think there is no way Vinny comes back after this year. If he does, boy, I mean Snyder must really have his head way up his a$$. There is no justifiable reasons of why. I expect new GM and new coaches all the way around. Jerry Grey and Danny Smith are the only two I see who could see hanging around.

Vinny is a weasel, and he can't be shown the door soon enough. It's laughable that he publicly stated that Zorn has a playoff caliber roster. The O-line was a disaster waiting to happen, no matter how Vinny and Danny try to spin this situation.

That was a joke, although not a bad position for Vinny (Somehow I think he would find a way to DIRTY up a clean toilet). I think Dan will sever ties completely. No looking back.

I really feel like the writing is on the wall for Vinny, but what I'd like to see is for him to be booted NOW. It's going to take alot of convincing to get a decent GM to take this job and I'd like to see him in place before the end of the season if possible.
