Aaron Rodgers has been in the league for a few years, he's not a rook QB; name me a rookie QB that has won with a mediocre offensive line, an aging RB, and a bend-but-don't-break defense.

Perfect example is not Matthew Stafford, look where is now hurt. Therefore building a line is the most important thing to do.

So JC's overall record is all because of the OLINE? When gibbs was here our line was pretty good and yet he still sucked.. again if JC was that good then denver would have taken him over Orton.

No one is defending JC you moron, we're just saying that this team issues go beyond him and replacing just him are not going to fix it. Your beloved Bradford with our current o-line will not work. We need to draft a stud o-lineman and a get a good FA guard or center. And then worry about the QB.

He lost me on the checkdown when he had Moss for a pump and go TD. Casserly said as much in his film analysis that JC checks down far too often. That said, I don't see many successful QBs with shitty O-lines. Aaron Rogers is an exception, and he has had the benefit of 5 years in the same system, with stud playmakers in the passing game (Jennings, Driver, and newbie Jermichael Finley, etc.).

I agree totally about rogers, but BIG BEN gets sacked alot too, But your right about JC, i gave up on him after last season and it's time for him to go. The oline sux but damn JC is not a smart qb. He wasn't even good in college, he got carried by Cadillac and Ronnie Brown

The oline had been very below average for a very very very long time.

Look up some of my new thread posts about the oline when Jansen and Samuels were so called book ends four or five years ago. They were just average then and we collectively thought we had real great players!

The oline is the biggest problem on the team. It needs an intervention. Period.

You can get a decent olineman in the 2nd rd.. Chris Samuel's dont walk through the door everyday he was a SURE pick. The Falcons oline sucked but when they drafted Ryan everything "suddenly" got better. Basically we will rebulid the entire offense next season..

BIG BEN is Pro Bowler QB with an elite defense, elite receivers and a strong running game. Are you now saying that Bradford will be like Big Ben?

First off Chris Samuels was never avg. 6 pro Bowls buddy! And Jansen was very good for a number of yrs. It goes back to OLINE DEPTH and QB play and our 11 games under .500 for the decade is because of the QB position it's that simple

At least not if you hold him to the same standard as Campbell.

He has better numbers this year and does a lot of stuff very well. But like Campbell, he isn't the whole package, and I don't think he'll ever be.

Yeah but in your opinion to rebuild the whole offense means taking a QB in the first round while IMO and others it's taking an Lineman in the first round and a QB later.
