Haha, I thought it was funny when Steve said that he wouldn't have thrown the ball that was tipped for a TD. He said something like a good QB can sense that stuff and make minor adjustments to his release/angle to avoid the defender's hand. I was thinking, "Whatever dude, you're a hall of fame QB!" I got a kick out of that one.
you'll see some qb's jump up or put a bit more loft on it.. I mean he DID see the guy coming.. but batted balls do happen too

he was throwing it right into the thick of some defense though, which would have been a bad move had it not been tipped

I thought this thread was "DeSean Jackson -= Playmaker, Who is ours?" This thread and everyone this week has turned into "Dump Jason Campbell, Get a new quarterback" Let's stop beating that dead horse. The Skins don't have a good quarterback and the offensive line is even worse. Until the offensive line gets fixed putting another quarterback back there is just serving him to the lions. Chris Samuels is retiring and Randy Thomas should. That leaves two big holes in the line. The #1 priority in the off season, address the offensive line. Quarterback moves are secondary.

Yeah, like Steve Young never threw a pick six or had one of his balls batted up in the air and intercepted. That has happened to the best quarterbacks as well.

I think people could argue that.

JC is not our QB of the future with or without a O-Line. He does not have leadership qualities. I would rather have a QB with fire and leadership than a QB that has all the tools but plays without heart and passion. He looks like a robot with no emotion. JC can be a backup here but I dont see him as the future anymore.

In this matter how is JC any different from Eli in the way he carries himself? Eli does not have fire or leadership qualities but it seems to work for him so does that matter or is this personal choice?

Chief Zee, although Filthy has messed him up in the past. I can't stand the effing trashy iggles.

OK dude Sam Bradford is regarded as the next Peyton Manning by many Draft experts, this guy doesn't come around often. You would be an idiot not to take this guy. WTF

You really want to go off what the draft experts say, wasn't Alex Smith supposed to be amazing, how about Jamarcus Russell. Please don't use the reasoning that draft experts think he will be good to defend a player. It wouldn't matter if you put Peyton behind our offensive line, we would still stink.

Build the trenches, specifically tackles and center. JC is an average qb, the OL is probably bottom 3 in the league. Fixing the QB won't make a difference, OL Is a higher priority.

ruhskins i agree that many people are hypocrites, but it would be nice to have jackson but that year the skins still needed OL and the only one they drafted was Rinehart who we havent seen enough of to accurately access, but we need more OL. I dont care who your QB is, if you dont have a good OL you just will not move the ball. For instance, Matt Cassel thrived last year behind the patriots line but behind KC's its a different story. I am sick and tired of this flat out ignorance that once a team gets a QB they're golden. This is a team sport. You must be successful in all aspects of the game to win.
