But I would hope that Snyder would hire a GM and let him figure this out. JC is not our QB of the future with or without a O-Line. He does not have leadership qualities. I would rather have a QB with fire and leadership than a QB that has all the tools but plays without heart and passion. He looks like a robot with no emotion. Agree we need a better O-Line and JC is not the QB I want anymore. He has no fire and toughness. As much as he got hit he should have been in his O-line ass for pass protecting him so poorly. JC still doesnt make quick decisions with the ball. It took sometime for me to see this but its clear now. Im not riding with JC anymore. He is the best QB on the roster we have and TC sucks. He is a bottom 10 qb in the league Haha, I thought it was funny when Steve said that he wouldn't have thrown the ball that was tipped for a TD. He said something like a good QB can sense that stuff and make minor adjustments to his release/angle to avoid the defender's hand. I was thinking, "Whatever dude, you're a hall of fame QB!"
