I don't think any really bad (or good) will come out of this. It just is what it is. Upset fans protesting...in a unique way. I suppose if Snyder was truly evil (not Hitler evil, just football evil) he could say screw all this, I'm taking this team elsewhere. But I'd be shocked if he did

They say the weekend box office revenues of Hollywood movies halve with every week the movie is released. This will probably lose steam and even fall short of the current pace it's on.
It's still pretty cool that you guys got a segment on the news though.
and even cooler that the both post the same thing back to back and sometimes twice in a row haha

Isn't that the same philosophy as DS? I said it, I'm doing it, results be damned.
mImpetert gets a lot of credit for taking this on, and I hope that it will be something he will remember positively for the rest of his life. Kudos to him and his team for that. I just hope the results, intended and unintended, don't end up hurting the Skins in DC.
Agreed, I think that they rushed into this idea and momentum keeps them thinking that it's the right message.
Props for doing something and getting the coverage though. A clever website could've gotten the same coverage likely.. or a little guerrilla marketing around DC
tryfuhl 10-31-2009, 01:10 PM again obviously he isn't goin to sell the team anytime soon, but maybe if this gets big enough and happens somthing might finally click in his head and say wow i guess the fans really do hate me and change his ways. and it isn't just throwing money away and you will never get it back if you took the time to visit the website instead of iggnorantly bashing it you would realize that if we do not reach our goal everyone gets there money back. and he does only own 51 % and some of the minortiy owners could buy him out if it comes to a point of public emmbarassment, as profitable as the redskins are i'm pretty sure fed ex is worth just a little bit more
