Guys see whats going on here and must be thinking hell no im not putting up with that. Look at the moves, hiring a consultant without the coach approval, Vinny pulling out the Zorn's contract to Zorn pointing at it saying you agreed to let us do whatever we want and we have final say, the threats on his job since last year...guys who have established careers dont want to put up that....Snyder needs a culture shift starting at the top in order to get these guys interested. I would also take Gruden because he is so disciplined. Both of these coaches are worthless if they do not have personnel choices. It will be the same thing that is going on now. Shannahan will only come in if he is the GM and Gruden will need to be able to sign as many quarterbacks as needed. Tebow will be a Redskins if Gruden comes to town.
