A young guy would help because he would be here for a while (ideally), but I was saying more so because SkinFanatic called him a young, up and comer. And I was just pointing out that he's not really.

There's no reason to believe Lebeau would ever be a good GM.

A guy like Brian Kelly could succeed but he needs experienced people around him. I don't buy that a college coach can't succeed in the NFL but they need to be surrounded by NFL people. It's like someone from outside the Beltway being President. Of course they can succeed, but they need people with experience on the inside to help them through

no reason to beleive he wouldn't either you never know. side note can't beleive WVU just $ the bed, i don't know why bill stewart was ever named head coach, sorry i'm bitter we are now outta the top 25

what his 36 years experience, or 2 super bowl rings, or 5 divisional championships, or is that not enough, who is your man?

Those things don't mean he'll be a great GM. Lebeau is great at one thing, coordinating defenses. He wasn't even a successful head coach (granted it was with the Bengals but still). It's like saying well Bugel would be a great GM. It doesn't quite work that way. Where is his experience in scouting players, managing a draft?

Personally I think a guy like Jimmy Raye III (Chargers) would be solid

this is true, thats why in my mind this is the MOST important position on a team, and you really never know you just have to bring them in and talk to them and see who will fit best for your/our team, and again that gets us back to that touchy little issue, and jr3 has done great in sd because they have had a couple pretty decent coaches, their names sound familiar too some guy named marty some thing or other and a guy named norv not quite as good as marty but not bad

I'm still sold on Dungy coming in and taking one of the jobs either GM or coach, he would instantly bring this team back from the current brink of Raideritude

1) Fire Vinny
2) Snyder gives me all decisions making abilities with the exception of his Madden Franchise. I'm sure that he turns the salary cap off and the Skins are awesome.
3) I cannot be terminated or over ruled in any decision until after my 5th season.
4) No more suing season ticket holders.
5) Access to training camp is free again.
6) First beer is free for all fans attending the game as long as they are wearing officially licensed Redskins Apparrell
7) I get a 5 member cheerleading squad in my luxury box.
8) I get to pick which 5.
9) My wife is banned from my luxury box.
10) I have a personal body guard to protect me from my wife.

LOL! Angry you got my vote man, can I hang out in the Luxury box?lol

By wanting to name a defensive coordinator GM and calling Norv a great coach your credibility is in question.
