Jeff Fisher switching to Vince Young at quarterback - NFL - SI.com (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2009/football/nfl/10/29/titans.ap/index.html)

Pressure from management or winless team looking for a spark?

I think JF wants to start Collins cause he gives them the best chance to win. The owner wants to play for the future. Young is a baby who isn't mentally tough enough for the NFL so I don't see what Adams sees in Young. I see a split coming after this year.

probably has something to do with that big pay day they gave him. and they really don't know if he is an NFL quality starter

Someone asked earlier on here what big name HC Danny Boy had brought in here with big time credentials and rings. Does the name Joe Gibbs ring any bells here?

If - - I said IF - - Jeff Fisher gets sufficiently crosswise with the Tennessee owner over Adams' "pressure" to have Vince Young as the starting QB and that situation winds up in his getting fired, there are two things you have to consider:

1. Jeff Fisher will not need to find work immediately because he will be "getting paid" on the rest of the contract in Tennessee that he was finrd under.

2. If he just got fired by a meddling owner who made him do something with regard to football operations that he might not have wanted to do, what would make him interested in coming to work for Danny Boy? Jeff Fisher is NOT a stupid man...

Many of you say GM first HC second I say

New Owner 1st, GM 2nd, HC 3rd

We will have new owner in probably 40 or 50 years later, or maybe even more.. Redskins is Snyder's dream team; why would anyone in the world sell his dream team?

I think it'll come down to power and authority with who the next coach will be. Fisher would like to pick his own staff and make his own decisions to an extent. With that being said he won't be the next coach.

Perhaps you would like to lead by example?

Even wiith all teh dumb moves he has made Jerry has brought 3 rings to this franchise and brought it back from it's worst spot in history.

What has Danny do to your franchise other than sue his fans

Totally Agree I just say that the problem starts there.. he continues to make really bad decision in regards to the team not the franchise (well except suing fans) he has made a lot of money with the team and he knows how to sell his team but the team he has totally screw it
