Glad we got levi, but we should have gotten him a while ago, and why did we cut marcus mason for this clown, Quinton Ganther?
Because he whiffed badly on a block/missed his assignment the other day-which has always been his downfall-which led to a sack and he's done nothing special. He's just a guy, and not really even that. He doesn't even make 30 other teams in the league. He was a good local story, not an NFL RB.

Well, like alot of others have already said, this move should have been done before the season started. I can't really see Jones being any better than what is already here, one reason you bring in a guy during training camp is so he has time to work with the other guys, give them "gell" time together. The great Olines in the NFL aren't just put together over night. They take time to develop. Bringing the guy in now, is a sign that Chris S. is going to be on IR soon. He won't come in here and save anyone's job.
Reading the other thread on the board, Jim Z (at least as a HC) and vinny Ceratto are gone at the end of the year. So it is time to rebuild things here in Washington. Don't really see how Vinny would be trading away draft picks :
1. The trading deadline has come and gone.
2. If Dan is planning on firing Vinny and bringing in a real GM then he would be a fool to give Cerrato any more of this franchise's resources when we are in going to need every bullet in our gun to get it right this offseason.
Bringing in the new running back and getting rid of the other 2 guys. Well hmmm.. didn't really understand caring these two guys (Aldrige and Mason) on the roster. They never use them. I suppose they are for depth. Of course, Aldrige may have had some wierd Shannahan connection behind it. Now reports are surfacing that we tried to bring in MS a couple of weeks or days ago? SO who knows with this fucking circus going on in Ashburn. Does Danny have a plan for the offseason?
If he is planning on firing Vinny. Why wait? Start finding his replacement now. Starting develpoing the future of the franchise now. There is no reason to wait. Set a long term plan and begin to execute it.

Apparently Mason was pretty bitter he got cut, made some sarcastic remarks about "Well I guess the team will start winning now"

Mason opening his mouth to bad mouth a franchise that gave him his chance to be better than he was, is fairly bush league. IMO

Maybe DS should hire coach/GM Janky Spanky to turn this ship around.

I thought Mason could have made a contribution, id rather have him than Wynn who now every time i hear his name i visualize Oher putting him on his backside.

Are you one of those fans who will just rip and complain at ANYTHING the Redskins do? Geez, lol. For MONTHS all I read on here is whining about the offensive line. We go out and sign an offensive lineman, in Week 6 when there's not much-if anything-out there and 'This is another FU'. I don't get the point of bitching just to bitch. Are you that miserable as a fan dude? Find something else to occupy your time then.
I think there was a tinge of irony in that statement. Whatever, I found it quite hilarious.

The Dline is not the problem. The Wynn move is unnecessary IMO

Totally agree. One bright spot on this team is we seem to have put together a formidable defensive line. That's about it... well the defense is very serviceable. If they just had some help.. same thing echoing in everyone's head since Gibbs 2.0 began.

FINALLY! but I agree we should have kept Mason though
I still have yet to see why everyone loves him so much. Guess i'll have to wait for next preseason.
