The Goat 10-18-2009, 06:01 PM I'm sure he can be a back up somewhere else. I wouldn't be surprised if Jason didn't get signed again anywhere, but then again there are just a ton of shitty QBs out there so it's sort of luck of the draw. ...that said I think he could have been a solid guy in the right system and behind a legit o-line. What's happened is very sad. What's happened is very sad. I just realized that our team can't groom and grow QBs. The last two young QBs we've had (Ramsey and Campbell) have left town shellshocked. There is a huge difference between the 2. it would be nice to see something like that happen but Mcnabb is a probowl QB who has been in the SB and many Champ games while JC has never seen the playoffs. YellowBirdy 10-18-2009, 06:10 PM I think it’s clear to everyone that the main problem on the field (excluding Zorn and DS) is the O Line but to say that TC didn’t do any better than JC is I think missing the point. He did as well as JC after more than a year of being the second string with little chance of practice with the starting offense. Let’s get real hear TC must benefit from a weeks practice with the starters and JC has had his chance. I doubt either will start next season but we can’t keep going on with JC, we seem to be getting worse, not better and we have to change something. There are still several things wrong with our offense that replacing JC with TC is not going to fix (i.e. our running, WRs not making plays, etc., etc.) DynamiteRave 10-18-2009, 06:15 PM I just realized that our team can't groom and grow QBs. That's why after the season turmoil is over and clean house, we should hire Cam Cameron look what his done with Flacco and they came back and should have beaten Minnesota. But they didn't. Good luck selling it to the masses that you're hiring a coach who went 1-15 the last time as a HC. |
