Well when I coaching pop flag football thats the way it was. The only time I ever had any trouble was when one of the kids went to their first grade teacher and started talking bad about our QB but after I got hold of him everything stayed in house.

Yeah, that's big time. The player should go to his position and coordinating coaches and that's about it. I mean sometimes you'll have a position coach not bring it up to the next guy, so I guess the degree of the issue factors in.

I said it in another thread and I'll say it again, would it have killed Danny to come out and say he supports Zorn? Let the players know he's going to be here and they need to step up? They supposedly had confidence in him when they named him HC and it would mean a lot to a 2nd year HC to be able to concentrate on the team instead of whether he's going to be replaced or not. The players too from what the article says. They made the decision to hire him and if they had any balls they'd come out with a statement to publicly say they support him. How can anyone concentrate on football with all the speculation and rumors going around? Step up Danny or Vinny! If you would have done this a couple of weeks ago things might be different. Even JC said he was thinking about Zorn losing his job in the first half of the Tampa game.

At least we are not putting our cash together to rent a billboard in honor of our coach, like in Buffalo:

The problem, of course, is that the mediots that want to attack Snyder no matter what he does, would turn the public statement of support into the "Kiss of Death".

The other problem is how do you support a coach who can't send in two plays and tell the qb use the one that fits.

This is a no win situation for a lot of people associated with the Skins. I think that the best thing this team - from DS down to every player - can do is play the games, shut up and ignore the media, and try to right the ship.

This story appears to have been modified, because the original story was the players wanted management to make a decision now. Either let him go now or say you're keeping him for the season. Either way make a decision now instead of waiting
