Portis seems to have no heart at all. He doesn't seem hungry.

Have you seen our O-Line that is stright Trash to run behind or God for be we try to throw the ball. It was a Damn Jail break with a 4 man rush. JC run for his life , and WR who can not get open. Either our offensives personnel sucks or our offensive scheme is garbage. Maybe its a little of both

I wish we had McDaniels. Did anybody see the fire he showed after beating the Pats?

Hell Yes thats a Coach who I like to have. He did not take any BS from Jay cry baby Cutler or Brandon Marshall.

He'd have to take all the BS from our cry baby owner though.

He wouldn't last 3 seconds with that bravado here, Snyder would set him straight and would make sure to pay him tons of money so he's obligated to have his say.

Its in Mr. Gibbs part of the county and all, but Danny is getting his advise (From someone with a BRAIN)...COME ON BACK JOE! ;)

Snyder had dinner with Gibbs last night

Though it's surely not a precursor to another return to the sidelines in D.C., we're told that Redskins owner Daniel Snyder had dinner Saturday night with two-time former coach Joe Gibbs.

Per a league source, Snyder still consults with Gibbs, who retired for a second time after the 2007 season, about the team. And we've got a feeling that the two men at some point discussed the best way to navigate a disappointing season in D.C.

Some still believe that Snyder also consults with Mike Shanahan; a team source has flatly denied that contention. And as to lingering rumors that Shanahan will be the next coach of the team, Peter King reported on NBC's Football Night In America that Shanahan definitely will not taking a head-coaching job anywhere during the 2009 season, but that Shanahan will jump back into the fray in January.

It makes plenty of sense. Shanahan has less leverage if only one team wants him; he'll have plenty of leverage come January, if multiple teams come calling.

Is it just me that thinks that Shanahan's style of play ain't cut out for the NFC East? And he only won with Elway as his QB and Terrel Davis as his RB. Otherwise, his teams didn't do all that, which is why he eventually got fired. And we all know what we get from peeps after they have won the Dan Snyder Mega-Million Jackpot.

On an unrelated note - Manning to some white dude wearing #17 for a 40 yard TD. Play Action pass, one thousand one, one thousand two... pass, catch, TD. No separation needed... zone coverage. Just a good QB who knows where he's going with the ball before the snap, and a no-name receiver who can catch a well thrown football and take 5 steps without falling down or fumbling the ball. Piece of cake.

I want Zorn to be successful but he is not getting it done with the offense. Our O-Line is just Garbage. I like JC and do think he can be a good QB but he has no business being in the West Coast offense. Today we should have won this game and with Samuels going down it certainly hurt our offense. But good HC adjust and Zorn does not make adjustments during the game. The Defense has stepped up and came to play but the special teams Hurt us today. Long KR after we just scored and the PR which hit Westbrook that was the knife in our back. We had a lead and the offense could not keep the ball away from the Panthers thus putting the Defense back on the field with no time outs. D. Hall nice game but he had 2 plays that he needed to make for our offense to get 1 mored crack at it and he did not make it. The Delhomme fake bootleg was his man and hit bit on the fake wow thats call doing your Job not trying to make the play down the line. Enough Yes Zorn has to go now or later? lets just do it now because we are going to get a TOP 5 Draft Pick for 2010.

Campbell has started more games than most of the starting QBs in the NFL, so there's a ton of video and lots of opinions on him. If he's got the chops you think he does, he'll be starting for another team next year. If not, he'll just be one more in a long line of Redskins starting QBs that no one else wanted. Hard to be a good Offense with a QB that can't start for any other team. See also Frerotte, Ramsey, Brunell and those dudes I can't remember who started for Spurrier. Didn't one of them wear a glove on his throwing hand?

Do you have a link to the story?

No real link to post, he was asked on ESPN about the situation in DC, and he basically said it's not if Zorn will be cut loose, it's when.
