I would want coach for a team that wants to win & show that from organizational standpoin. The NFL is a copycat league why aren't we copying from the successful teams. Get a stellar o-line & d-line like Eli, Peyton & Brady has win those battles first. Get a some playmakers but with your stellar line you exactly need a AP at RB & you could afford to trade a Clinton Portis and not skip a beat.
