Had it marinating in a peppercorn sauce (garlic, shallots, ground peppercorns, olive oil) overnight, then cooked in the oven at 375 for about 30 mins. In MD they are super strict with what stores can buy, a local liquor store near me bought some wine for someone off a request but had extra so they put them on the floor, liquor board saw it. Made them close for 30 days and a $5k fine. Oh and the 30 days were not like X month closed no it was spread out over ever major holiday in 2009, the store was lucky to survive.
