Singletary is doing a hell of a job over there. Somehow he's been able to find a balance between "my way or the highway" and not being to stubborn to cripple the team. Crabtree on the other hand is still an idiot but if anything Singletary should be able to whip his butt into shape. I think now thats the new type of coach thats emerging.
