Unbelievable. Edwards has the skills to be the next great WR. Now he's got a new zip code and it should take some time to get up to speed with Sanchez.

How is it going to take time getting caught up to Sanchez? It's not like he was ever on the same page with a QB in Cleveland. Edwards is ripe for breaking in Sanchez.

I thought that Edwards was a good prospect comming out of Michigan and he even provided 3 pretty good years in Cleveland; one of which was a monster season in 2007. I think that he is still one hell of a player (regardless of the drops that he had last year) and just needs a fresh start. Nobody likes playing for Mangini.

article said the browns get stuckey (7th round pick in '07), a conditional 3rd (in which braylon would have to catch alot of balls this year to make it a 2nd), and a 5th rounder.

thats not really giving up alot for braylon, who, under the right coaching and team, i could see getting back to his 1300 yd/season form. hes only been in the league 5 years.

go skins!!!

I agree completely, but he as only been in the league for 4 years. This is his 5th season.

Massaquoi is a huge FF pickup right now.

Good call.

Yeah, if only we had a bunch of second-tier Jets players Mangini would be banging our door down. I wonder if the Browns knew they would be getting all of these second-rate players to pair with their second-rate coach?Well, they're a second-rate franchise, so the shoe fits.

It's not legal problems unless charges are filed. Otherwise, it never happened it's just hearsay.

Edwards needed to get out of Cleveland. I don't think that town really meshed with his alleged lifestyle

'Legal problems' gets tossed around WAY too loosely when it comes to athletes. Ryan O'Hallaran from the Times said that Haynesworth faced more 'legal trouble' a couple weeks back when his wife amended her divorce petition. That's way too broad of a brush to paint with.

"lifestyle"? Does he enjoy the party life or are there not enough 'Blue Oyster' type places for his liking? Allegedly.
