Lighten Up On SnyderMTK 09-29-2009, 11:19 PM Hey, Skinny Tee........(Wink, Wink)....(Nod, Nod)..........;) You wanna jump in on the friends debate?? MTK 09-29-2009, 11:20 PM Why do we still have the Gibbs/Williams patchwork coaching team together if these past two years weren't for Super Bowl pushes? Why did we just think we only needed a QB coach from Seattle fit in with our offense because our defense was fine as is? If Zorn wasn't a patch hire due to Gibbs leaving then why haven't we cleaned house already???...It was all for this Super Bowl push we were making these past two seasons. Gibbs got us to the playoffs in '07 and our push was supposed to be last year and apparently this. Only in the bathroom do I make shit up...if you want to see I can arrange an appointment for you. Here we go with the assumptions again. Definitely what you're good at. SBXVII 09-29-2009, 11:22 PM Good to see somebody knows what going on : ) I think I do, or at least I like to think I do, but people on here keep pointing out that I actually don't have a clue and keep making shit up also. ;) As far as DS. I think he genuenly does want to win but he can't keep his hands out of the cookie jar. but no matter how you look at it, DS is going no where. People have got to be crazy if they think he (DS) is going to pack his crap and walk away. I understand he's not fielding a winning team, but in reality he's fielding a winning team monitarily. In other words he's making money and that's what business is all about. He's a business man and he's winning. I doubt he's estatic but he's happy. So I don't care how many people complain about him (DS) he's staying. We would be better off trying to convince him to look into rebuild mode and stepping back out of the picture and allow a true football person handle the team for a change....which he could not do during Schottenheimer1. Lotus 09-29-2009, 11:22 PM First it was just kind of pointing out the close relationship that he has with Jerry Jones and that fact that they go on vacations with each other and share vacation homes between the families. Snyder also makes a point to sit next to Jerry Jones during the owners meetings too. It's great that cowboys and redskins can get along but really...I possess some MAJOR distaste for Jerry Jones and the whole cowboys organization. Hearing that it's just a business that they're pals just kind of rubs salt in the wound that the cowboys are more competitive than we are. I thought others would be disgusted by the fact that Snyder pretty much loves him some cowboys...the rivalry doesn't mean much to him at the top. From the bottom I don't take solace in finding that out. Dude, have you ever played a game, fantasy football, etc., with friends? Have you ever competed hard with your friends to win yet you remain friends? The fact is, Snyder's friendship with Jerry Jones does not mean that they can't feel a rivalry. In fact, their friendship might make the rivalry more intense between them. Friendship of a certain type may do that. Skinny Tee 09-29-2009, 11:24 PM Here we go with the assumptions again. Definitely what you're good at. Thanks brah...at least you're admit I'm good at something. You know, this is a pretty friendly rivalry we got going on. I guess Snyder and Jones really can be friends. : ) Skinny Tee 09-29-2009, 11:28 PM I think I do, or at least I like to think I do, but people on here keep pointing out that I actually don't have a clue and keep making shit up also. ;) As far as DS. This guy is working on some inside knowledge here...DO TELL! : ) MTK 09-29-2009, 11:29 PM Thanks brah...at least you're admit I'm good at something. Unless I come down to the unicorns and leprechauns level. Sorry brah. Wink wink SBXVII 09-29-2009, 11:36 PM Dude, have you ever played a game, fantasy football, etc., with friends? Wink wink Neither is the cowboys-redskins but it doesn't stop them. Don't worry about coming down brah...you'd have to take those blinders off and that's too much trouble...just keep pulling Snyder's Super Bowl bandwagon to every offseason...you'll get there eventually...right???
