GTripp0012 10-26-2009, 05:38 PM Campbell has been indecisive, and it's been one of the bigger reasons why the offense has struggled in this four game stretch. Just a reminder that no ones career is defined by a notably poor stretch. When Donovan McNabb retires, people aren't going to remember that he quarterbacked the Eagles teams that lost to the Giants, tied the Bengals, and got blown out by and benched against the Ravens. Yet, all those things were true. They're just non-essential characteristics of who Donovan McNabb is. budw38 10-26-2009, 05:52 PM I agree that JC would likely be better off on another team/system . But , his deep ball accuracy is horrible , I think he needs to sit behind Peyton or Favre for a couple of years and relax , enjoy the NFL and hope when his time comes he looks great . GTripp0012 10-26-2009, 05:55 PM I agree that JC would likely be better off on another team/system . But , his deep ball accuracy is horrible , I think he needs to sit behind Peyton or Favre for a couple of years and relax , enjoy the NFL and hope when his time comes he looks great .I think the best thing for Campbell's career is if someone (anyone) would just correct the glaringly obvious issues with our offense and he could pitch a very good second half of the season. Of course, what you can't fix over an entire offseason, probably can't be fixed in two weeks. CrustyRedskin 10-26-2009, 06:04 PM We're gonna rally up and kick off in that Philly A$$!!!!!!!! Chief X_Phackter 10-26-2009, 06:35 PM I agree with Casserly that Campbell is a square peg being forced into a round hole with the change to a WCO under Zorn. I've wondered how Campbell would have continued to progress in the Al Saunders system, for which his skills seem a much better fit. Joe Flacco is looking pretty damn good in that system with Cam Cameron and Saunders coaching him up. Didn't he run "a version" of the West Coast offense in College? Seemed to do well enough there. Maybe he's just confused because he's been in six different systems since he's been a pro... There are a myriad of reasons the Redskins stink right now. Campbell may not be playing perfectly, but he's hardly the main reason for the 2-4 record. tryfuhl 10-26-2009, 06:50 PM hater is just as dumb as kool aid drinker http://scrapetv.com/News/News%20Pages/Business/images/kool-aid-man.jpg CRedskinsRule 10-26-2009, 06:52 PM I hope everyone watched the BANG cartoon - flawed execution - it is hilarious! tryfuhl 10-26-2009, 06:53 PM Wow, I had NO IDEA Campbell was the person calling the stretch-left plays inside the 10 and running the ball in passing situations. I bet he's also the reason we're not trying fade routes to our tall WRs too! Golly gee willikers...thanks for helping us understand this complipl...complloc...this hard football stuff! Glad someone here has fancy book-learnin'! I'll update the stats again after the MNF game. Cutler laid another 3-interception rotten egg in the Bears' 45-10 beatdown by the Bengals and Sanchez was again mediocre as the Jets used the running game to the tune of 316 rushing yards to beat the Raiders. lol u mad contrary to popular belief you don't have to score TD's just inside of the red zone... a few of these big passes that he's missing or never seeing could easily get us a score in the hands of thomas, kelly, etc |
