If the O scores we dont need a defensive touchdownIf the D scores, we don't need an offensive touchdown.
Greg Blache needs to be held accountable!!GTripp0012 09-27-2009, 07:51 PM If the O scores we dont need a defensive touchdownIf the D scores, we don't need an offensive touchdown. wolfeskins 09-27-2009, 07:52 PM If the O scores we dont need a defensive touchdown the O scored twice today dmvskinzfan08 09-27-2009, 07:55 PM If the O scores we dont need a defensive touchdown If the D stops someone we dont either. If they can't stop someone they could at least get some turnovers. They make more mistakes than turnovers. Longtimefan 09-27-2009, 07:56 PM Everyone needs to be held accountable right now. I was going to say the exact same thing. Pocket$ $traight 09-27-2009, 07:56 PM I guess Blache should manage self imposed momentum swings... GTripp0012 09-27-2009, 08:01 PM I guess Blache should manage self imposed momentum swings...Acutally, I personally feel we should double the salary of everyone on the defense. Including Blache. I mean, they have to watch our offense struggle, and then they go out on the field and...they just look like a team who has somewhere better to be. If we just upped their salary, we could pay them to make football the most important thing during the game. Granted, the first half they looked bad, but it must be tough to deal with idiocy on offense. And either way, when does the offense bail out the defense? I can name a dozen games where the defense made it a game over the last couple of years. The defense is light years ahead of the offense. Last year you could blame the line. The line has been fine so far. How do the defense or offense stay focused when the head man should be replaced by the special teams coach. I hate the owner but I feel bad for every one of those players. GTripp0012 09-27-2009, 08:08 PM They have a plan and they execute it. But when our defense performs even competently, we usually win. Go figure. Maybe this has never, ever been about the offense. JGisLordOfTheRings 09-27-2009, 08:09 PM Im sorry but our D line did jack fkcing shit today. No pressure, give the rook all day to find Calvin Johnson. D looked awful, and dont even get me started on our "stud" rook d-end/LB Orakpo. So far, he has done nothing at ALL. Blech. artmonkforhallofamein07 09-27-2009, 08:15 PM The highly touted Skins D let the crappy lions drive the ball 99 yds for a touchdown. To that point the Redskins Head Coach allowed that TD to, happen first by going for it on 4th down and second by not taking the stop on third down and accepting the offensive pass interference call. I know that hind sight is 20/20 but why not play good smart football. That is a head coach with a real risk taker philosophy. Oh and to the Jim Zorn playcalling and being a risk taker. So far to this at this point Jason called two touchdown drives both in hurry up mode. Jim Zorn = 1 and Danny Smith =1. What is wrong with that picture? The Defense played bad. The offense continues to play bad. We are in for a lonnnngggg season. Also Peter King said someone inside the organization said Jim Zorn won't be fired. Reasoning: JZ is the Qb coach, the OC, and the HC. Maybe next time the dude shouldnt have so many jobs. |
