In the decade her husband has owned the Redskins, Tanya Snyder has ceded the spotlight to him. Now she is talking about her illness for the first time, becoming the delicate face of the N.F.L.’s effort during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with help from Larry Fitzgerald, the Arizona Cardinals wide receiver, whose mother died of breast cancer.

She's doing great work, getting out the word! I applaud the Snyder's for taking there time to get some spotlight put on this horrible disease.
The Dan Snyder B & G pillow quote how ironic: “Football is not life and death. It’s more important.”

My prayers will always go with her in her work and dedication towards combating a disease which has claimed so many lives. Being a twelve year survivor myself, the victum of two primaries within that same period, I'm a testimony to her fight. I will continue to pray for her.

It's always good to see someone survive cancer. It gives others hope. I applaud her and Dan for their efforts to get the word out and help others.
