If these three things didn't happen, no one would be talking about Zorn on a hot seat:

1. Orakpo roughing the passer negating a turnover in Rams territory in the 1st Quarter
2. Thomas drops a TD pass
3. Sellers drops a TD pass

All this talk about play calling, but it's the players that have to execute the plays called. I've watched the game three times, and except for a few plays (critical that they were) I think they played an excellent all around game. The bottom line is they got the W.

Oh yeah, the booooos were uncalled for really. If you were one of the ones booing, stay home.

I'll tell you this!...If I drive 2 hours to the game, possess tickets to occupy a spot in the stadium and then give my undivided attention to a game for more than 2 and half hours...I'll do what the hell I want to...INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO booing.

If you're trying to make fans feel bad about it or what I don't care. I'm not too concern with what you would moralistically do in my position. So why don't you stay home since you're so offended by the sounds of the game.

I think the players should go all "Seinfeld" on some fans and go boo them. That'd be great

Fair enough, do what the hell you want to. After all you did drive all that way, and it is a free country. Why don't you go ahead and piss on the Rams fan in the seat in front of you if it makes you feel better after that long ass drive...I mean you do have tickets.

Oh, I promise you I'll be home. I'm in Germany trying to find the game on the internet.

NBC's Redskins Showtime, with Dan Hellie and Lindsey Zdamnsheshotasshit, had a segment that asked the analysts, Doc Walker and Mike Wise, whether Jim Zorn is on the hot seat for this game, let alone the season.

They continued to ask whether Zorn would be let go after the lions game if they lost it, which is outrageous but seems to be something people are asking around town...it's a shame.

Definitely a shame. I think all this discussion is definitely over the top and premature. Maybe I'm wrong, and they will blow it in Detroit...but I just don't see it.

I'd say it's pretty safe to say that Zorn is on the hot seat...right.?

I guess it wasn't so crazy after all.

This is Washington, DC and if you are a coach of the Washington Redskins are you going to be on the Hot Seat from Day 1.

That sounds logical to me from a front office standpoint.

Why not give a coach no leash to develop his own team and coaching personnel. It's been working for us so far.

That has worked for the Steelers all these years.
