There are enough negative threads, please use those first for venting.

Personally, I think our Red Zone D ought to be getting humongous raves by the fans and Skins Nation. They stuffed the Giants twice inside the 10 yard line. Forced a fumble late in the Rams game. And generally said no way to opponents when the tried to get in. And this is when they are still "gelling".

Come on guys there have to be other positive notes that you want to praise the team for.

true. I am still concerned w/D. Hall's play, but at the same time, defending the fade against a taller wr is tough for any cb. I also think that both Eli & Bulger were deadly accurate against us. Coverage in the rams game was good, but the ball was usually on the money.

The pass rush isn't there yet, but sunday we saw it come to life a bit. Should be better as the season goes & Rak feels his way.

Speaking of which, his p. foul call was the biggest momentum buster IMO. If that fumble stands (great play by Rocky btw), the game could've gotten away from the rams easily.

We moved the ball offensively utilizing multiple weapons from the 20 to the 20. That was kind of nice to see

Hunter Smith..nuff said

Positives:

AH has had 2 real good games in a row. He's clogging up the middle and he's blowing up alot of run plays.

LF is the man. He's truly one of the great MLB in the NFL.

JC looks real accurate thru 2 games.

Cooley has had 2 great games.

Rocky Mac seems to be playing well. Now, if he can avoid the injury bug.

Hunter Smith may have been our best offseason pickup.

The defense could be better between the 20's. But, yes, we are tough as nails in the red zone.

I really like how the offense has moved between the 20's. We have a pretty dynamic offense for the most part. We just have to get over the red zone hump.

Suisham, so far, has not been too bad.

Perhaps best of all: we've gotten younger yet we are still competitive.

Ok, I'll play:

-Agreed about the red zone D. Looks rock solid.
-Rocky McIntosh is playing really well from what I can see.
-Malcolm Kelly looks like he's getting more involved every week (4 catches for 40 yards, and as many targets - 6 - as Moss and ARE)
-Chris Cooley is a monster
-Very nice run-pass balance vs. St. Louis - 33 runs, 36 passes
-held St. Louis to 3 rushing 1st downs all game

The O-Line has been giving Campbell time.

The Red-zone D is shut down good.

Hunter Smith - "championship!!"

AH is playing great and looking scary mean (Really - everytime they show a close up of the guy, it looks like he just wants to hurt someone and not in a nice way.)

Yeah Captain Chaos!

Wow, Randle-el does make a great slot receiver.

We have 14 games left and we have nowhere but up to go on offense.
I like what Malcolm Kelly is doing as a #2, love Randle El as the slot receiver. The pass protection has looked IMO excellent. The defense is looking hard as nails and they are punishing opponents. NFC EAST!!!

I agree with everything posted. It just goes to show there are positives. Given time, I expect we'll be talking about alot more. Mitchell will get more involved, Jarmon is turning out to be a good pick. Look at our DE situation compared to last year. Cooley didn't catch 1 TD pass from JC all last year and he already has one and is on pace to have his best year yet. Campbell definitely looks more determined and in control. We just added Alridge to the roster and got the kind of speed we've been looking for. The infusion of youth is what really excites me. We've needed it.
