Thanks for the rundown SS.
I agree with the Slingin' one. DHall is saying the right things.
not picking on you and anyone in particular but we didnt pay this guy 28 some-odd million dollars in guaranteed money to say all the right things.

It sounds like he is saying that if you play on a team that has an offense that sucks, you must never make a mistake and give up no touch downs. This definitely sound like offense bashing and coach bashing.

I understand Zorn is supposed to be a head coach but I found it interesting listening to Arrington going off on how Zorn could not take constructive criticism from Sam Huff and even went so far as to say Zorn does not have a clue, especially when a Hall of Fame QB, which Zorn is not, stated he called the wrong play at the goal line and Sam would have changed the play call to one with a better percentage and Zorn said he would have benched him the rest of the game.
So basically JC does not have room to wiggle when calling plays.

or to whiff on blocks and tackles. He did play better then the first game but it was only marginally better.

Here's the deal. Jim Zorn has been, at least I think, called out in the most prolific way, in the media, by insiders, by fans, and more. The Lions game will be absolutely critical and vital to Jim Zorn. His game plan, play calling, and execution will be even more heavily scrutinized. I would think if there were a week that is essential for Jim Zorn to open the offense, it would be this week.

all zorn says is that the plays werent executed properly!!!!!!!!! I MEAN HELLO!!!!!!!!!! im sure if every play was executed to perfection it would work because when they drew it up it was intended to work

yeah at some point here zorn needs to open it up and show us whether its JC and the recievers execution or his play calling. no better time than now.
for whatever reason it seems no coach has trusted JC to take the training wheels off and let him ride or fall.
- i just want to know whether zorn's playcalling is limited b/c of JC and his lack of trust
or
- zorn calls some deep balls and JC just doesnt let it go, he pump fakes when he should be throwing then gets sacked or pressured to check down. he doesnt trust his own arm. maybe this is a byproduct of having gibbs hammer any skins qb on how important it is to protect the ball.
one thing is certain, i cant remember the last time JC threw a ball to a guy over 20 yds where there was tight coverage. . . .lol its hard for me to take myself serious complaining about our qb not taking chances down field in tight coverage . .ahhh e'fff it lets just run left.

As long as someone can through to Zorn they get a free pass in my book. In fact if D Hall's comments somehow result in Zorn changing the way he calls plays in the red zone then he will have earned his pay check for the year regardless of how he plays when he's on the field.
or in twitter terms
He b earnin his paper if he gets trough to dis beezwhacks.

I think Hall made some very good comments in a very smart way. He doesn't blast Zorn, but it is an insult by default to Zorn. With that said, Zorn can't say a word about it. Hall is 100% correct.
If the skins can't score in the red-zone this week, who else thinks Danny might put some feelers out on Mike Shanahan's interest in HC for the Skins?
