Think it could be a better post if he set up the videos with a few words on why he posted them. But to name it RedSkins QB's and then just post videos of Redskins QB's that we all know played on the team is kinda pointless.
Wait to you see my follow up thread where i just show videos of redskins running backs. I call it RedSkins RB's

Man, I've never seen such vitriol at someone who posts videos of the Redskins glory days.
I enjoyed it.

Ok, I will defend him sorta. Look nothing like remembering the great moments in Skins history. I imagine he was trying to compare/contrast to JC, but really all it shows is that we have won it all with many a qb. I LOVE THE SKINS & THEIR SB WINS!!
I think that was the point, but you are correct, it really does not make that point. Also, if you go back and look at the statistics and careers of all the "great" Redskins QBs, none of them were really all that mind blowing and none of them made an impact on the Redskins until they were over 30 years old.
Theismann did not have a decent NFL season until he was 30, did not complete 60% of his passes until the strike-shortened '82 season and did not have a great NFL season until his age 34 season.
Jurgensen is the only Hall of Famer and he did not come to the team until his age 30 season.
Williams never completed more than 57% of his passes in any year of his career and never started more than 10 games in a season for the Redskins. He played a great game in the Super Bowl, but he was far from a great NFL quarterback.
In '86 when Jay Schroeder threw for 4,000 yards he only completed 51% of his passes and threw 22 interceptions to match his 22 touchdowns.
Brad Johnson was 31 when he threw for 4,000 yards in 1999.
Even in his magical '91 season Mark Rypien (at age 29) only completed 59% of his passes and never completed over 60% of his passes at any time in his NFL career.
The bottom line is that the Redskins have had some good teams, but there is not a rich quarterback tradition in D.C. Whether or not Jason Campbell proves himself as a long-term solution in Washington he is actually the most accomplished QB at the youngest age that the team has had since Sammy Baugh. So I guess we have been waiting for a home-grown franchise quarterback since 1952. What is another 15 games to see what we've got in Campbell ; )

Thank you... Smart man. That was the point to remember . Many seem to forget the 80's teams and what made Washington win and what made them loose.
If you look at Zorn and Campbell they are not anything what Redskin's football should be...
