And the Madden curse continues...
Troy Polamalu suffered an MCL sprain late in the first half when Alge Crumpler rolled on his knee. Out 3-6 weeks.

Both players on the cover will be injured for half the season because they will split the normal season ending injury curse between them.
On Sunday Fitzgerald will incur an injury that will keep him out for the next 8 weeks...Nostradumbass has spoken!

If they're smart they'll sit him out for 8-10 weeks. Nothing worse than having a dinged up player play timid.

Sucks for them. I hate the Steelers, but Polamalu is an amazing player.
On that note, did anyone see Titans TE Bo Scaife get hit on the knees by James Harrison? That was initially called a knee sprain, but I thought you could get flagged for going right at a guy's knees.

That's sad to see. Polamalu is one of the more exciting players to watch. His one handed interception last night was pretty sick

Coincidence has once again added fuel to the idea of the 'Madden curse." Ugh.

For diving at a quarterback's knees. Tight End knees are fair game.

Yeah that was impressive. He's what they call...good.
