I seriously doubt it. Who is he going to start over?

I think the keyword there in the original post is -eventually-. Give him a couple years, he might beat someone out. Plus there are some old dudes QBing right now (Warner, K. Collins, *cough*Favre*cough* etc) Gotta wonder how much gas they have left in the tank.

I think the keyword is START, and there are plenty of youngsters that will start long before Daniel. Everyone you mentioned has a young gun sitting behind them right now. Its very short-sighted of certain teams, but alot of teams would look past him just because of his height and/or arm strength. I think thats why you didnt see the Redskins keeping him, they went with someone more physically talented(Woodson) at this point. Chase might have "it" but he is gonna have to go through hell just to get a real chance IMO.

This is getting off topic, but in the case of the Titans, I hope you're not saying V.Young is gonna be his capable replacement? Unless we're gonna bring up the age old debate of Ramsey being able to be a starter in the NFL.

Boy, do I wish Jsarno was here.

If Mason was taking Betts spot or Rocks I would not have a problem.

I voted Alridge simply cause they wanted a change of pace back and made a point to bring 2 in to try them out. What the hell happened? I know he dropped the ball once but go look at Betts 7 yrs with us....I'll help you out...13 times over 7yrs he's fumbled. They couldn't get over one time? Even Portis has fumbled. Go figure.

Dude V.Young was the starter before Collins, and they did quite well. Chase hasnt done squat, but everyone is upset over losing a midget undrafted free agent.

Sean Taylor. Even if he was on injured reserved indefinitely. I am still crushed about it.

With him being my favorite player fresh out of college i'm still upset as well

I voted Alridge...they still have no change of pace RB. It's not so much him it's that they didn't keep anyone that can fill that role.
