Tackles accept their new roles

I think Golston and Montgomery have some value on the trade market (or RFAs) at the least with supplemental draft picks. I thought Griffin would be the surprise cut of the off-season.

I am extremely happy assuming we are able to rotate the whole Dline wisely, we should be able to keep them fresh throughout the season. Having said that, look at how the Giants Dline is getting hammered. Hopefully GB has some plan to keep them all in there and playing throughout the year.

No way could we let Griffin go...he's still the best at his position on our roster by far. Unless he sees a big injury this year I think the team will bring him back again even, maybe under restructured terms though. Griff is a true warrior out there and seems to already have a strong synergy playing alongside Al.

And why would you want to get rid of Griffin? Paired with AH they could be a very tough duo inside.

Yeah Griff and Albert are pretty stout. I think Golston will have a good year and Monty just needs to get off his lazy ass and start putting forth the effort it takes to be elite in this league. He needs to step his game up NOW. He's not bad, but he could be more disruptive and more consistent. I think someone needs to slap him around right before the game starts......and no..I don't want to be that guy. :) Haynesworth looks like a mean SOB on the sideline. INTENSE.

(knocking furiously on wood) Please note that the Iggles and Giants have been beset by some pretty serious injuries. Yet we are still pretty healthy overall, as we have just a few dings and nicks. We could bypass those squads simply by being healthier, should our good fortune continue. (knocking furiously on wood)

I've got splinters in my knuckles. I think 3 of the Giants defensive FA signings have yet to play (injuries) and the depth they were so excited about has yet to show anything worthwhile. So far, it's all on paper.

I am also a big Griffin fan. There is a difference in our D when he is not in there. He still has the push and stopping the run. With AH beside him, things can get ugly for opposing offense.

Music to me ears bro. Griff hasn't ever played next to an elite guy, I think playing next to Al will let him be better than ever.
