Defense looks similar to what it has looked like in years past. Can't stop the third down play.


Overall, I'm not convinced this team is much better than they were last year. But it is only six quarters. And it is just preseason.

Yeah... that what I'm thinking as well - Defense plays great except on third down plays. Offense always seem to play too cautious, afraid of making mistakes rather than taking it to the defense.

I'd hope that we were more testing the qb, wr's, and play calls more so than that being an actual plan for the drive

Which third down are you speaking of? He was 1 for 7.He completed a pass for a first down, it got called back for illegal formation, and he completed the next pass for a first down.
