Twelve teams, live draft (Sept. 6), standard rosters (1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Def, no flex), standard scoring (non-PPR). $3.50 buy-in just to pay for a trophy for the winner (an engraved Jefferson Cup ... hence the league name).
