Jason Brown (Rams) knows how to stop Haynesworth

Thank-you Jason Brown. I can't wait to see this one.

How big of a bonehead is this guy? If you had a strategy to stop Haynesworth, why would you say it before you played? Dumb a--

Anyone want to bet that Haynesworth doesn't have 3 sacks on this clown?

I ain't gonna lie, there's some truth to what he is saying. If you really look at tapes of Fat Albert you'll notice him on the ground gassing now and then but that's OK in my book when you're getting double/triple teamed all f'ing time. I don't mind one bit him dogging it now and then to get a breather, I do mind a punk ass no pro-bowl-showing lineman from another team talking smack. If Mr. Brown were in the same class as Kevin Mawae or Olin Kreutz he might have a some credibility but he is not and so he does not....his bitch ass should STFU and just play football.

Lord have mercy, Albert is going to eat him and whoever is going to help him.

I'm curious to hear from some of the more knowledgeable folks in here about how does Haynesworth's "supporting cast" here in Washington compares to those he had in Tennessee. I have a biased feeling that he has better teammates here in Washington than in Tenn. I could be wrong...but let's think about this...Griffin, Carter, Orakpo, Fletch, Rocky, and our secondary can be a very good defense, and now you add Big Al...I think it is going to be sick.

I didn't think our DL was all that bad last year. Andre Carter and Kyle Vanden Bosch are both among the ten best 4-3 REs (a dying breed of position) in the league. Tony Brown and James Jones are legit DTs, and each one would start for any team (save Minnesota) in the league. Javon Kearse doesn't have "it" anymore, but he's not a bad LE or first guy off the bench.

Daniels and Wynn are both exclusively scheme guys, but I'd put Jeremy Jarmon up against Sen'Derrick Marks any day of the week as a DL prospect. Jacob Ford is good depth for them. Jovan Haye was a good signing for them, he's probably as talented as Griffin. 'Zo Alexander is excellent depth for us, and I have a high opinion of Rob Jackson as well.

Put it this way: due to the strength of guys like Monty and Golston, I'd take our line without Haynesworth over their line without Haynesworth, but I'd take their line plus Haynesworth over ours with Haynesworth.

Basically, put another way, I don't think we'll be as dominant on the DL as they were last year, but we'll be better than they will be this year.
