Eli Manning (http://www.fanhouse.com/tag/Eli+Manning/) has been rewarded for his Super Bowl victory in 2008 with what sources say is a six-year, $97.5 million contract extension (with an average annual salary of more than $15 million) that will make him one of the highest paid players in NFL history.

I wonder if Eli will be taunting Peyton over who makes more money.

They don't say how much is guaranteed though.
He is going to get 15 mil on top of the 10 mil that he was already scheduled to make this year!??? Sick!
Eli is not worth that type of money, but whatever. Soon NFL players are going to be renegotiating their contracts because they are not getting paid enough. I hope that JC doesn't expect that type of money if he has an outstanding year.

Wow...all of that money for one good month in his career. Outside that run leading up to the SB a couple of years ago, he's been an average QB. 55.9 career completion %, 200 yds/gm average, 98TDs/74 INTs and a 76.1 passer rating.

If he won the SB would you complain?

No, but at the same time that is a lot of money for a Lombardi trophy.

It is but I'm sure we would all love to have that problem.

Try below average.
