Yes it is when you are doing it to a police officer responding to a call in front of on-lookers. None of us were there but just being on private property isn't an excuse either. You don't get to yell at police officers for free.

I consider myself a libertarian leaning conservative and Beck is a fraud for sure. Ever see his crying theatrics? He breaks down saying how he loves his country and he fears for it, but comes across so crass and fake like MattyK said only a person with half a brain could go for his schtick. I remember when in Feb '08 he thought all Ron Paul folks should be put in those camps they supposedly have up, and after Obama won he had Paul on his show many times a week to talk about real conservatism and tried to say he never really was for Bush, when that is all he did from 2001-2008 was suck up to Bush.
