I like the Vernon Davis call, and I'm gonna go w/another 49er since I think they will be a tough team: Josh Morgan, WR.
Not a pro bowl type year, but becomes a starter & makes plays for a winning team.
I would also consider Shaun Hill or Alex Smith, whoever is gonna start for them. I think that team is headed in the right direction w/Singletary.
I think VD is going to be a bust.

Not to pick on you in particular, but I think any of the Cowboy break-out predictions won't be correct. ESPECIALLY with TO gone and the double coverage he drew, no way that Miles Austin breaks out this year. If anything, his production might drop off.
I feel the same about Felix Jones. I TRULY think the Cowboys passing game will take a huge step back this year and teams will be stacking the box against the run.
They're both talented speed guys. Jones will have a big year if he's healthy, that guy is gonna give us fits catching the ball out of the backfield. I'm not sure austin will have a big year, but he'll make a lot of plays.

Okoye in Houston. They are in a similar type of season as us, another 8-8 season won't do. Their defense has the potential to be excellent and they had a top 10 offense last year. They need Okoye to step up and make big plays this year next to Mario Williams.

I'm not sure if Okoye will break out or not, but I definitely agree with your sentiments about Houston as a team. They could very well be this year's Arizona Cardinals.

Damn, I thought I was going to be the only one that said the Texans, as a team, will have a break out year.

I have two:
Leon Washington, Jets RB - will get 200 touches on offense this season
Darren McFadden, Raiders RB - Recovered from turf toe that plagued his rookie season

Now that Favre has confirmed he won't play this year....I'm going to say Tarvaris Jackson. I think he beats out Sage in training camp and puts together a strong season
