I guess I should be lowering my expectations like some of the rest of you. I should just totally believe MV has lost everything and wonder why he's trying to make a comeback. or simply atleast believe he has lost atleast half of his ability and think his only way of coming back is for him to be moved to WR. Where all the teams who are interested must want to put him.

The man never played WR but that's the only place he will be able to come back to in the NFL. right. gotcha. I just hope he gets the routes right. Be honest with yourselves. If you guys said RB I would think it's a possibility. Give him the ball and let him run to day light. but basically that's similar to the Wild Cat. I wouldn't call Portis or ARE the best QB's in the world either and they were not drafted to be in that position but they have made decent passes in the past. You can't tell me MV could not make those types of plays? I guess I'm crazy. No different then you guys are thinking teams are looking to move him to WR. A position he never played. Your right about one thing. He would be a work in progress if moved to that position.

He would be an upgrade for Jacksonville at QB. Maybe even Houston. San Fran's questionable. Minn easily unless they pick up Favre.

Houston - No way, Schaub was a better passing QB than Vick when he was in ATL. The only thing that forced Schaub out was Vick's contract.
SF - I don't know who'll be the starter there, but Shaun Hill's numbers from 2008 aren't terrible.
Minn - Right now, I'd definitely take T. Jackson over Vick. 59% comp %, 9TDs vs. 2INTs, 95.4 QB rating in 2008.

Right now Vick is a niche player in the Wildcat or a "change of pace" running QB at best. I agree with you about him moving to WR, I don't think he has the hands or route running skills to even make most rosters at WR.

I agree there's no way he's an upgrade in Jax or Houston. Not even close.

It's going to take him a while to get back up to speed. 2 years away from the game for a QB that was still in the process of developing his game when he left is a pretty big deal.

Vick's value to the Jags wouldn't be so much as a starter as their backup QB situation is piss poor at best, and the franchise and the city needs a big boost in ticket sales in a huge way

I don't think anyone is going to pick him up. I just don't see it. This time of year rosters are set. Outside of Oakland I don't see anyone who wants to put up with the drama. He's going to have to go to the new league and try and knock off the rust, then try something next year.

For some reason I have a feeling you will be proven very wrong in believing that. Vick will be signed right away, in the NFL. Some team will take a chance, there is more than one dallas out there. There could even be a bidding war over his services.

Long as the SKINS don't have anything to do with this fool, could care less. But there will be a taker.

Im not with it at all. But I could see Dan pullin the trigger on it just because he loves being mentioned in the media. He loves exposure. Wow are we really discussing this as an option?

I believe JC is the better QB in that situation. He knows the offense, and he's a pocket passer who can scramble. MV is a roll out type of QB. He was not all that great at sitting in the pocket and some have speculated it's because of his height and seeing over the lineman.

MV at this point for most teams would only be a trick play QB. Especially for the Skins. I know DS gets what he wants but I still think Zorn has some say. Unless Zorn is looking for trick plays or looking into the Wild Cat I don't see MV signing with the Skins.

I agree MV has lost a step due to not training on the field or with WR's. I'm not saying he hasn't, I'm just saying I think he would be up to speed faster then most of you think even if he's only half as good as he was.

Please go to Dallas.

This is both what I want...and what will likely happen.
