Once again I cannot not judge until we have a picture of the girl. At what point does the brain totally quit working and the other head takes over? I mean this guy is a gov. married with children and just decided to go missing to hook up with some chick he met on line on fathers day weekend at that. It was not an easy process and at some point you think something would go off and he realize how dumb it is and go home.

Didn't this guy vote for Clinton to be impeached? I think he did...................and 10 years later he flys all the way down to South America to get laid! What a freakin hypocrite!

Not excusing what Sanford did, but his situation and Clinton's I don't believe are the same. Clinton was looking for a quick fix. It seems like Sanford actually developed feelings for Maria (can't remember her last name). It wasn't/isn't a physical fling.

I would say both are just as bad and the only difference in my book was that Clinton went on nantional TV and lied. Not sure if he lied about the affair under oath or not. While I find it funny he asked for Clinton to step down I wonder if there are any Dems who backed Clinton but say Sanford should leave office.

When Sanford first admitted that he was in Argentina, and not hiking, the one thing that caught my ear was that his reason for going to Argentina was that he was in the mood for something "exotic." Looking at the one photo I have seen of her back in 2001 she might have been pretty hot but its hard to tell. I can't find but that one photo of her talking into a mike.
