dmek25 06-30-2011, 06:12 AM look at you 12th, dropping some knowledge on them:) Beemnseven 06-30-2011, 06:55 AM It actually wouldn't surprise me that there are some conservatives/republicans who would support some aspects of the new health care law. My suspicion has always been that if the GOP ever took back control, they might not be able to resist ownership of Obamacare. They would shape it, mold it, -- in some way make it their own. Let's face it, both the democrats and republicans are statists. Republicans less so, but only by degree. They want power over us just like the Dems do. We know this because when the GOP controlled the White House and both branches of the legislature, they gave us a new, incredibly expensive medical entitlement of their very own. firstdown 06-30-2011, 12:01 PM look at you 12th, dropping some knowledge on them:) If your talking about his post from that article it was nothing but someones opinion without any evidence backing him up. firstdown 06-30-2011, 12:03 PM It actually wouldn't surprise me that there are some conservatives/republicans who would support some aspects of the new health care law. I'm sure one could read the 234,098,098,093 pages of the law we could find something that we would agree on. dmek25 06-30-2011, 03:17 PM If your talking about his post from that article it was nothing but someones opinion without any evidence backing him up. you are definitely partnered with the party of no Beemnseven 06-30-2011, 06:46 PM you are definitely partnered with the party of no And, weren't you a member of the "party of no" from 2000-2006 ?? dmek25 06-30-2011, 09:29 PM passed obama care, didnt they? what has the GOP tackled since taking over? a lot of talk, but..... firstdown 08-12-2011, 03:02 PM Obama care hit a little bump in the road. If this holds up Obama care is done because it will not work unless everyone is forced into the system.
