I like Carlos Rogers. Yes, it is very frustrating seeing him drop interceptions but the guy is usually in position to make plays and that's what you want from a defensive back. The interceptions will come. With more pressure on the quarterback, more opportunities will come his way.
Another way to look at: a dropped int still counts as a broken up pass. I would love to have a guy who leads the league in ints but I guess I could settle for the guy who leads the league in broken up passes
