That would make the Skins' organization look more like the East Bumfu*ck Buttcheese than a professional football team. What this was all this was Laron Landry preferring to do something other than "OTAs". Put aside all the angst and nonsense for a moment; when all the smoke clears, who are going to be the starting safeties for the Redskins in September? Landry and "someone else". That's it - - unless Landry is in a car accident and winds up in a body cast. Even then, he might start by Game 8. It isn't as if Laron Landry needs to "learn the system" or as if he needs to "impress the coaches". He's the best player on the defense behind Albert Haynesworth. That fact does not change with or without his attendance at OTAs.
