CPRK Secretariat Warns U.S., S. Korea Not to Make Misjudgment

The Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea (CPRK) released information bulletin No. 1029 on April 11.

The puppet group of south Korea, taken aback by the toughest steps taken by the DPRK to defend its dignity and sovereignty, is letting loose absurd remarks, the bulletin said, and went on:

Those concerned of the puppet regime including Chongwadae, experts and conservative media have remarked that the north will not provoke an all-out war even though it ratchets up threats. They are describing those steps as "brinkmanship tactics", saying that study into the inside of the north shows that the people are leading a peaceful life as usual.

They are also calling those steps an "extreme psychological warfare" and "sort of propaganda".

Our comment to their rhetoric about "psychological warfare" and "propaganda" is that they are free to think at their will but should not belatedly regret having done such a thing.

Now south Koreans buy out food and daily necessities out of extreme war-phobia, making volumes of sale soar.

Several countries are taking measures to provide shelter or evacuate their people residing in south Korea, and foreign students, businessmen and institutions are thrown into chaos, trying to find their way out of south Korea.

The puppet group of south Korea is resorting to smear propaganda campaign to seek its comfort by forcing others into death like itself.

The arrows indicating the merciless retaliatory strikes have already been drawn directing at the U.S. mainland, U.S. military bases in the Pacific and all other bases where the U.S. imperialist aggression forces station.

The powerful strike means of the revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK have been put in their places and the coordinates of targets put into the warheads.

Just pressing the button will be enough to turn the strongholds of the enemies into the sea of fire.

However, the south Korean regime is talking about "psychological warfare" and "propaganda campaign". This is a despicable act which can be done only by imbeciles and fools unaware of what an all-out action declared by the DPRK is like and what consequences their acts will entail.

As for their talk about peaceful activities in the north, it is the fixed will of the army and people of the DPRK to carry on production and construction till midnight today and have children taught at schools even though a war might break out tomorrow.

The DPRK has won victories in confrontation with the U.S. in this spirit and is waging an all-out action with it, with confidence in final victory.

The enemies should know that it is the era of the great Marshal

Kim Jong Un, leader of the most powerful country and invincible great Paektusan nation.

The U.S. and south Korean war maniacs are gravely mistaken and misjudged if they think they can have lucky chance.

War can break out any moment and what remains to be done is merciless punishment of the enemies.

Belated regret will be useless and not a single man will be able to survive to regret for his doing.

(I guess I post these as a reminder that this is what Millions of NK citizens and soldiers are being told on a daily basis. I know it's not much of a focus here in the US overall, but this story or a version of it, has been the front page of the NK paper every day for about 3-4 weeks. Imagine if our media was filling us with such propaganda (written better and for a more educated public) we would be calling for action. In NK I have to believe that a large portion of the public, who we don't see or hear from are fully ready for either a US invasion, or a NK preemptive attack.)

The south Korean puppets, stricken with terror by the increased strength of the DPRK and its toughest offensive, are persisting in smear campaigns.

Recently they intruded into internet homepages of the DPRK and posted on them articles malignantly slandering the DPRK's dignity. They even stole the list of netizens and opened it to the public.

An international hackers group claims the hacking as its doing, but it is evident to everybody that the south Korean puppets including the intelligence service stretched out their tentacles into it.

There are lots of grounds for the assertion.

A statement published by the hackers group provides evidence of it and the alleged hacker used both English and Korean.

The problem is not only the despicable plot-breeding, but the puppets' much ado about the illegally announced list of netizens.

Now they are engaged in another round of racket for "eliminating forces following the north".

They are seeking to distract the attention of south Koreans from the north, divert the public opinion elsewhere and get rid of poor plight.

Loudly crying that south Korean people of different strata are visiting the internet homepage of the north, they have launched a joint investigation to secure evidences of benefitting the enemy.

The Saenuri Party too calls for taking advantage of the opportunity to "uproot those who follow the north".

They are trying to fabricate "north wind" again, thereby revealing their miserable plight.

They foolishly think that they can get something from such a smear campaign.

But, however noisily they kick up a racket of eliminating forces following the north, the colonial puppets without their own thought and political principle can never check the aspiration of south Koreans for the DPRK.

The south Korean puppets' racket of confrontation with the north is never tolerable.

Their suppression of progressives only reveals their anti-national and fascist nature.

Fools Ready to Kill Themselves

The sea off south Korean Kangwon Province on April 9 was a scene of a large-scale joint shelling drill. The North was the imaginary target. Involved in the drill were "K-9" self-propelled guns, MLRS, anti-artillery radars, destroyers and other war tools such as "KF-16" and "F-15K".

The drill was accompanied by loud advertisement of "serious warning against the dangerous provocation".

This drill for a three-dimensional attack on the North was conducted during the Foal Eagle joint military exercise. This added fuel to the already tense situation in the Korean Peninsula.

The most absurd UNSC "resolution of sanction" on us following our satellite launch and underground nuclear test had already brought the Korean situation to the brink of war.

In the meantime U.S. war threats never cease. The U.S. B-52s, B-2As and F-22 stealth fighters kept flying into south Korea imposing threats on us. Even U.S. nuclear flat tops showed up in the waters off the Korean Peninsula.

The U.S. military threat boosted the morale of the puppets. Almost every day they play war games.

They cry out about "provocation from the North" but it is a sheer lie. By frantic war drills, the U.S. and its south Korean puppets drive a huge mushroom cloud to the Korean Peninsula.

A nuclear war is imminent in Korea thanks to the war efforts of the U.S. and south Korean war maniacs. Therefore, it is natural for us to go out for an all-out action with the full mobilization of all war deterrence to shatter the war maneuvers of the enemies.

Merciless will be our war of confrontation; it is a war to put an end to all attempts of war and aggression, a war to defend our sovereignty and supreme dignity and a war to achieve the national reunification.

The south Korean puppets be aware that we always say what we mean, and they'd better not be so foolish as would kill themselves.

I don't know that it means anything, but if he doesn't make some public appearance today (the 15th in Korea) that will spark a flurry of speculation about a possible coup in NK, and what that would mean for the region...

The Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea (CPRK) issued information bulletin No. 1030 on April 12 as regards that the warmongers of the south Korean puppet military have laid out a "strategy for annihilating the north's army".

According to the strategy, a computer test simulating an all-out war on the Korean Peninsula showed the annihilation of more than 100 000 troops of the south Korean army 10 days into the war. So the strategy was worked out envisaging destroying the north's armed forces with the massive missile strikes in advance.

This strategy is said to be included in OPLAN 5015, a new war scenario against the DPRK.

To this end, the puppet military warmongers are desperately moving to purchase cutting-edge war means from abroad, while crying out for possessing their own capabilities for striking all the parts of the north from the south along the Military Demarcation Line by introducing long-range air-to-ground missiles for the present.

This is another serious war provocation plot aimed at a preemptive attack on the DPRK, the information bulletin said, and went on:

The puppet group is fanning up a war fever with such strategy like a puppy unafraid of a tiger. This will only precipitate its destruction.

The revolutionary Paektusan army which regards it as its priority mission to defend the leader, social system and the country, will mercilessly punish the puppet warmongers even before they make first movement. The "annihilation strategy" will never be able to see the light in face of the powerful blows from the DPRK.

What we are concerned is the land of south Korea that can turn into ashes, innocent civilians who can suffer and their properties that can sustain damage due to the puppet warmongers' reckless war frenzy.

We are now making preparations for giving celebration performance in the stronghold of the enemies after reducing it to ashes.

The puppet group should not run wild, clearly seeing the merciless spirit of the army and people of the DPRK all out in the great war of justice for national reunification.

Our Army men and the people express towering indignation against the south Korean gangsters.

Kim Su Man, officer of the KPA, says:

"We work in the spirit of assisting the fighting soldiers in the front. When an order comes, we, too, will rush out to the front and send the sink of all sins to the hell of fire."

Jang Chol Ryong, smelter of the Chollima Steel Complex, says:

"We must kill a crazy dog with stick and burn traitors in a cauldron of boiling oil. Molten iron we draw out will be pouring down upon the heads of all those heinous traitors."
