In a 4-3 he would be better at DE instead of OLB. Most of his career he was a 4-3 end for the Cowboys. If the Skins decided if he was released to try him as a 4-3 OLB for cheap id say why not. I dont think there is any chance we sign him if hes released as a 4-3 end because we already got alot of DEs on the roster. So the odds of us getting him are slim to none. I know its a 3-4 and the OLB rush more than a 4-3 but 20.5 sacks over a two year span for any player is great at this level. Im not saying hes a great superstar player. Im just saying when someone says Ellis isnt very productive when he had 20.5 sacks over a 2 year span is laughable. | |
