You'd think after so many dirty cops have been caught doing this others would think twice about it.

In my opinion he got off easy. He should have been shot point blank in the face, then the punishment would really fit the crime.

His mom's reaction was pathetic: "look what they did to him! brutality!" Umm, lady, your son shot and innocent man in the face.

Notice that this always happens after a police chase... good manners not to piss people off with authority and weapons.

And people say that cops don't conspire or abuse their power? :yeahright

I don't know why this would surprise anyone. Cops abuse their powers everyday, whether it be the way they change lanes on the highways or the cover-ups to hide racism & hatred they spread through violence like this.

I don't know what side of the debate you are on, but I thought we don't torture in America.
