Unfortunately, it was decided on a technicality and not on the issue of the propriety of the nickname - - meaning that there can and probably will be further lawsuits on this matter. Maybe it would if they came up with a crazy name like the Wizards. But if Redskins lost and is forced to change the logo - I think it would be absolutely weird.. I really agree with you. Some people just want to take trivial issues and try to impose their beliefs on them to make it seem like they've made a some kind of impact on the world around them. If you are that put out by the name of the team then I suggest you don't cheer for them. It's a much cheaper solution and I won't have to have your beliefs imposed on me.
